HISTORY

First established in 1991 as a family business that grew from experience and hard work, IBMAR was founded in Byblos-Lebanon and has marked its presence in the marble, granite, and stone industry throughout Lebanon and the Middle East ever since that date. The company is recognized nowadays as a leading importer and exporter both nationally and internationally of marble, natural stone, and granite – hence, continually setting new standards of excellence. IBMAR welcomes its clients with a display of over 25,000 sqm of natural stones from all over the world. Besides implementing architects’ projects, we assist our customers in developing unique designs and ideas that fulfill their needs. Our commitment to deliver exceptional products to our clients made us the preeminent developers of renowned marble and granite along the region, with a daily production of 700m2 that entails a great selection of marble. The company excels in the business-to-business market by collaborating with SMEs and supplying them with first quality marble such as blocks, slabs, and finished tiles.

The company bought a limestone quarry in North Lebanon that became part of IBMAR group under the name “Dishar quarry”, exporting blocks and slabs to the Gulf, Europe, and China. IBMAR’s top priority remains supporting the local industry and spreading the Lebanese identity both locally and internationally.
